Hear from my clients

I saw Karen before a surgery I had on a broken nose. After our sessions, she gave me a script to read to myself in the lead up to my operation. The script involved asking my body to respond to any trauma appropriately. I read it right up to when the anaesthetist got involved! When I came round the surgeon told me that he was amazed at how little I bled. No black eyes either! I put a huge part of my very comfortable recovery down to Karen's work with me. Try it, it is amazing.

  • Will I remember everything?
Yes, absolutely, the point of hypnosis is to the allow the conscious mind to step aside to talk to the sub conscious mind. The conscious mind is still present and listening.
  • What if I fall asleep?
Its my job to keep you in the brain wave that is most efficient for therapeutic work, its highly unlikely that you would fall asleep, but I will count you back up if you go too deep.
  • What if I can't be hypnotised?
There are very few people that cannot be hypnotised. This tends to be with certain Mental Health issues such as Schizophrenia, or certain psychiatric medications. Most people that have something they wish to resolve, that have sought out a practitioner, invested time and money, are very receptive to hypnosis.
  • Can you make me do something that I don't wish to do?
Your own moral and ethical code cannot be breached. Nor am I in the business of trying to breach it! All work is done from the place of your highest good.
