Most requirements can be managed withing 4-6 sessions though Depression and Weight Management in particular are likely to be more.
I charge per session, not per hour, so that we have the ability to explore whatever transpires during our work together without the pressure of the clock and the wallet. Most sessions will be approx 60-90 minutes. The initial session will be at least 90 minutes whilst we settle in together.
